Learn About the Camp Leader
Courtney Kirkland
Courtney is an NBA Finals Official and the camp's director with more than 30 years of basketball officiating experience. He oversees the training and development of each camper participating in the camp. Since its inception, Manage The Grays has helped improve the knowledge and skills of many officials from the High School level all the way to the Pros.
Courtney is currently officiating in his 25th season in the NBA with over 1,400 regular season and playoff games.
His passion for the craft is an inspiration to so many who have started their journey toward excellence in the art of basketball officiating. He shares his knowledge and passion in every conversation. Continuing to work with officials at every level makes Courtney unique because his goals are truly to enhance the craft as a whole.
